What is NEMT?

NEMT provides transportation services for individuals who need assistance getting to and from medical appointments but do not require emergency care

How much advance notice do I need to provide before booking a transport?

For best availability, please call at least 72 hours in advance. Out of State transports and Insurance pre-authorizations require 48 hours notice. Always contact us directly if you are in need of same day service.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept many forms of insurance. Please check with your insurance provider to verify your eligible benefits or call us for more information. Pre-authorization requires 48 hours, so please call ahead.

What are your hours of operation?

TTA dispatching operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, holidays included. You can call us day or night and speak to one of our professional and courteous customer service representatives. Our delivery transport hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time).

Are NEMT trained to handle medical situations?

Drivers receive training to assist passengers with mobility issues and ensure safe transport but are not typically medical professionals.

Can I bring a caregiver or family member with me?

Yes, we encourage but do not require our customers to travel with a caregiver or family member. In addition, we are happy to accommodate service animals as well. Please note, we do charge for additional passengers.

What types of payment do your accept?

Cash, Major Credit Cards, and Personal Checks (with identification). Payment is due at the time of transport unless other arrangements have been made in advance with TTA.

What if I need to have my loved on transported from another city, can that we scheduled?

Yes, we can transport patients from other cites, please call us directly at 501-683-8963

Do you have bariatric equipment?

No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate patients that require bariatric equipment.

Will you help bed bound patients?

No, we do not assist with moving bed bound patients due to our strict safety protocols. We only provide transportation services.

Does your vans carry oxygen?

No, we do not have oxygen available.

How much do you charge for transportation services?

Each trip is unique and our rates vary based on the type of service and distance travelled. Please contact us or complete the form under “Contact Us” and we will provide you with an immediate quote.
